Uthman Ibn Affan RA was the third Caliph of Islam. He ruled for twelve years, and during his rule people became more prosperous.
He undertook activities which improved their overall quality of life. Uthman Ibn Affan was a peace loving, liberal and kind hearted ruler. He had many qualities, but his generosity and modesty stood out among all.
