General Guidelines

• How to Join: You must be a registered member to borrow books. If you aren't a member yet, contact us via WhatsApp to register.
• Membership Fee: A small fee is charged once in 6 months/annually for library service.
• How to request books: You can request books through our website:
• Availability: If a book is marked "Available," click the WhatsApp button to send a request to borrow it.
• Reservation: If a book is marked "Borrowed," click the WhatsApp button to send a reservation request. We will notify you when the book is returned.
• Borrowing Limit: Members may borrow up to 3 books at a time. Limits may be adjusted for oversized or heavy books.
• Loan Period: Books must be returned within 25 days of borrowing.
• Renewals: You may renew once if no one else has requested the book. Please contact us via WhatsApp to request a renewal.
• Pickup & Return: Books must be picked up and returned at the location by the member.
• Late Returns: Please return books by the due date. Consistent late returns may affect future borrowing privileges. If you cannot return a book on time, please communicate with us via WhatsApp.
• Fine: A fine of 1 rupee per book per day is charged for books returned after the due date.
• Book Condition: Do not write, highlight, or tamper with the pages. Keep books away from water, food, and pets. Lost/damaged books must be replaced or paid for at current MRP.
